Police are appealing for witnesses after a crash in Somerset that injured six people.
Police were called to Bay Hill near Dillington at around 10.40pm last night [Saturday 6 October] after reports that two cars (A Vauxhall Corsa and Vauxhall Astra) had collided.
The only occupant of the Astra, a female, was taken to Frenchay Hospital with a serious head injury and is in a stable condition.
The driver of the Corsa, also a woman, was taken to Derriford Hospital, Plymouth with multiple life-threatening injuries. She said to be in a critical condition.
A male passenger, two further teenage boys and a six-moth-old baby who were also travelling in the Corsa were taken to hospital for treatment.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
