Catherine Wells-Burr: Two remanded in custody

A man and woman have appeared at Bristol Crown court accused of being involved in the murder of a woman from Somerset.

The body of Catherine Wells-Burr from Chard was found in a burning car at Ashill near Ilminster last month. 31-year-old Rafal Nowak and 32-year-old Anna Julia Lagwinowicz have both been charged with conspiracy to murder.

They've been remanded in custody. A trial date has been provisionally set for April next year. A 38 year old man remains on police bail..
