The parents of two children, who died after heart surgery at the Bristol Childrens' Hospital, have told The West Country Tonight they blame inadequate aftercare. Lawyers acting for the families believe more formal complaints will be made.
There have been eight so-called serious incidents in the same ward this year, and the health watchdog, the Care Quality Commission is investigating. The hospital trust strongly rejects the allegations. Richard Lawrence reports.
