Postal workers to be balloted
The postal union is to ballot Royal Mail staff on strike action at a sorting depot in Bristol. It comes after claims of a mail backlog due to overwork. The Royal Mail blames high levels of sickness.
Strike action would hit deliveries in South East Bristol in the run-up to Christmas.
