WWI poetry discovered

Letters, manuscripts and papers which detail the life of a first world war poet have been discovered at the house he used to live in.

Now the documents are being prepared for public display and a special reading of one of FW Harvey's poems is being held on Remembrance Sunday.

War Poet's Manuscripts Found

Letters, papers and manuscripts detailing the life of a heroic first world war poet have been discovered in a house in Gloucestershire. Frederick William Harvey, who lived in the Forest of Dean, was well known for his poetry and acts of courage.
