A man has appeared in court charged with seven counts of manslaughter, following last year's M5 crash in Somerset. Geoffrey Counsell organised a fireworks display at a nearby rugby club on the night of the pile-up.
Smoke from the display was investigated as one of the possible causes of the crash. Seven people died and fifty-one were injured.
