A mother has started a petition calling for a change in the law after her daughter's killer evaded justice.
The body of Becky Godden was found by police, following information from Swindon taxi driver Christopher Halliwell. He wasn't prosecuted because a judge ruled detectives ignored arrest guidelines.
He's serving life for the murder of Sian O'Callaghan. Becky's mother Karen Edwards wants the Police and Criminal Evidence Act to be reviewed.
