If you've been driving today or trying to get anywhere by train, the chances are the horrific weather would have affected your journey.
Trains to the east between Swindon and Bristol Parkway, London Paddington and Bristol Temple Meads, and westwards between Plymouth and Temple Meads have either been cancelled or delayed because of flooding on the line.
