Some mist still around early this morning in the north. The morning - chilly and turning grey with the rain piling in.

Thoroughly miserable this afternoon. Yet more heavy rain increasing the flood danger. Certainly tonight it will be bad enough for the threat to be very real. Very windy as well along the Bristol Channel.
