Third person charged with Wells-Burr murder

A third person has been charged with the murder of a woman whose body was found in a burnt-out car in Somerset.

23-year-old Catherine Wells-Burr's remains were discovered on a country lane near Chard in September.

This afternoon police charged Tadesvsz Dyytrysyn, 38, with her murder. He is expected to appear at Bristol Magistrates Court tomorrow.

Miss Wells-Burr's boyfriend Rafal Nowak, 31, and his former partner Anna Julia Laqwinowicz, 32, are also awaiting trial for conspiracy to murder.
