Tributes have been pouring in for the nurse from Bristol who was the victim of a radio prank that went tragically wrong.
Jacintha Saldhana was found dead days after transferring a hoax call from Australian DJ's who were able to obtain intimate details about the Duchess of Cambridge's condition.

A mass has been held at Westminster Cathedral for the Bristol nurse who was found dead after being duped by a hoax call from two DJs.
