Full report: PM says there must be "lessons learnt" from Bristol nurse's death

The Prime Minister said today there must be "lessons learnt" from what he described as the tragic death of the Bristol nurse Jacintha Saldanha.

It's thought she committed suicide after putting through a prank phone call from two Australian DJs to the ward where the Duchess of Cambridge was being treated.

Today the radio station responsible for the call promised to give at least £320,000 to her husband and children. Bob Constantine reports.
