CCTV pictures have been released showing a man who was arrested after he was spotted fitting a skimming device at Tesco in Minehead.
Leonid Rotaru, who's lived in Bridgwater for 3-years, obtained 9,000 pin numbers from bank machines in Devon and Somerset.
Today he escaped jail after being handed a prison sentence that was suspended for 2 years.
