A Romanian man who fitted card skimming devices to bank machines in Devon and Somerset has escaped being sent to jail today. Leonid Rotaru, who's lived in Bridgwater for 3-years, was arrested after he was spotted fitting a skimming device at Tesco in Minehead.
He'd obtained 9,000 pin numbers but today recived a prison sentence that was suspended for 2 years.
