Rain for most today although over higher ground it call fall as sleet or snow but it is unlikely to settle or hang around for very long.

The rain will ease slightly this afternoon before returning later and this time the risk of snow overnight is more significant.

The main cause for concern is for icy patches on the roads early on Sunday morning.
