Labour MP Keith Vaz has welcomed the fact London's King Edward VII's Hospital is conducting an internal inquiry into the death of royal hoax nurse Jacintha Saldanha.
However Mr Vaz, who acts as a spokesman for Ms Saldanha's family, said he is also "disappointed that it will take such a long time for the results to be made available to the family".
"I feel that it would have been in the family's best interest that there should have been an independent element of the inquiry", he continued.
