People who live in a street in Cheltenham say some of their rubbish hasn't been collected since before Christmas. And they were even more furious today when they found out that collections have been suspended for the rest of the week because of icy conditions.
The council's refuse service says there are access problems to the estate, and they are hoping to clear the backlog once it thaws.
