A new exhibition celebrating the region's chocolate hertiage has opened at the M Shed in Bristol today. Chocolate lovers are able to see five hundred different objects on display dating back to 1729.
It runs for three months and tells the story of the early days of manufacturing, to the rise of big names like Shaws and Frys.
