Campaigners trying to stop a waste incinerator being built at Javelin Park near Gloucester claim it will be uneconomical to run, and may breach new EU legislation.
Cllr Stan Waddington, Gloucestershire County Council's 'waste champion', denies the incinerator will breach EU laws but says that they will look at the report when they are sent a copy:
