Worried about the cost of caring
Almost 8 in 10 adults in the south west are worried about the cost of caring for a member of their family.
That's according to a survey by the charity Carers UK, which has begun an inquiry into the financial impact of caring for older parents or disabled relatives.
There are nearly 600,000 carers in the region - a rise of 15% compared with 11% nationally.
