Cruise ships to depart from Avonmouth
Avonmouth Docks in Bristol is about to undergo a revival as a departure point for cruiseships.
This Thursday the passenger ship Discovery will dock there. It's the first time in 20 years that a cruise ship has sailed from the port.
Her first voyage will take 700 passengers on a 15 night trip to Norway to see the Northern Lights.
There will be 9 departures in total this year and another 9 planned for next year.
