A five-year-old Bristol boy has given his parents a shock by racking up bill on iTunes of over £1,700 – in just 10 minutes. Little Danny Kitchen asked to download a free game on his parents iPad but once he had the password, he didn’t stop.

5-year-old's £1700 iTunes spending spree: full report

The parents of a five-year-old boy have spoken of their horror after he ran up a bill of nearly £2,000 on his computer.

Danny Kitchen from Cadbury Heath near Bristol was playing an online game, and used his parents account to rack up the bill in under a quarter of an hour.

The computer firm Apple has now refunded the money.
