An unbeaten weekend for the West Country's teams

Bristol City have slipped to the foot of the Championship tonight, despite picking up a point in a goal-less draw at Blackpool. Steven Davis had a goal disallowed for Sean O'Driscoll's men.

  • LEAGUE ONE

New Swindon Town manager Kevin MacDonald's first game in charge ended with a win. His side came from behind to score two goals in the last four minutes at Coventry. Andy Williams and Darren Ward with the goals.

Yeovil Town got back to winning ways after Ed Upson's goal secured the three points against Tranmere.

  • LEAGUE TWO

Bristol Rovers had a comfortable 3-0 win over Burton Albion. Ryan Brunt, John-Joe O'Toole and Eliot Richards on-target for John Ward's men.

And Steve Elliott and Darren Carter scored for Cheltenham as they beat Wimbledon 2-1 at Whaddon Road.
