Recycling centres in BANES to introduce permits
A new permit scheme is being introduced at recycling centres in Bath. From April, people living in Bath and North East Somerset will have to register for a free permit, or show their Discovery Card to use the centres, located at Midland Road in Bath, Keynsham and Old Welton.
