There are calls tonight for North Somerset Council to remove two sets of bollards which are only slightly wider than the width of most cars. They've been put up on a road in Weston super Mare to stop lorries using it as a short cut.
But the gap is so narrow that some motorists have lost wing mirrors or scratched paintwork. And it's also caused traffic delays on either side, as Bob Constantine reports.
