Wiltshire man's fight for 'right to die' continues at High Court

A man wanting to take over Tony Nicklinson's fight for the 'right to die' will have a hearing at the Court of Appeal today.

Mr Nicklinson, from Wiltshire, lived with locked-in syndrome and fought for years to allowed assistance from Doctor's to end his life. The courts refused his wishes. Now another man, who was paralysed in a car accident, wants to take on his fight.
