The family of a woman who died after she was knocked down by a forklift truck have criticised a lack of safety measures in her workplace. 49-year-old Annie Brennan died of multiple injuries after the accident at the Booker Cash and Carry warehouse in Avonmouth.
Her family want to know if more could have been done to prevent what happened. An inquest today (Tuesday 26 March) returned a verdict of accidental death.
