Bath's Royal United Hospital has been criticised for its patient care. An inspection by the Care Quality Commission found the hospital wasn't providing an adequate service during peak times.
In-patients were being put into a day care unit without proper facilities and patients complained they had little privacy.
The CQC has told the hospital trust to come up with a plan to improve.
