Patient care criticised at Bath's Royal United Hospital

Bath's Royal United Hospital has been criticised for its patient care. An inspection by the Care Quality Commission found the hospital wasn't providing an adequate service during peak times.

In-patients were being put into a day care unit without proper facilities and patients complained they had little privacy.

The CQC has told the hospital trust to come up with a plan to improve.
