Jockey taken to hospital after fall at Cheltenham

The jockey AP McCoy has been taken to hospital after a fall at Cheltenham.

The 17-time champion jump jockey was riding Quantitative Easing when he fell this afternoon. He suffered chest injuries and was taken to the Gloucestershire Royal for further assessment.

A spokesperson from Cheltenham Racecourse says he's conscious and has full use of his arms and legs.
