A company in Bath that claims to help people recover money through mis-sold payment protection insurance has been fined £1000 after one man was called almost a hundred times in two months by an automated call centre.
Steve Higgins told Synergy Leads Limited if they kept hassling him, he'd charge them £10 pounds a call for wasting his time. When they didn't stop, he followed through with his threat.
