Tandem death families call for change to sentencing

The families of Ross and Clare Simons who were killed when they were knocked off their tandem in a hit-and-run in Hanham near Bristol have called for change to the law on sentencing.

Nicholas Lovell is serving 10.5 years after admitting two counts of causing death by dangerous driving but the families think he should be serving a separate sentence for each life taken.
