- LEAGUE TWO
Cheltenham Town have missed out on automatic promotion, so they'll be in the play-offs for the second successive year.
The Robins drew 0-0 with Bradford City at Whaddon Road.
Rotherham clinched promotion with a 2-0 win over Aldershot. They'll be joined in League One by Gillingham and Port Vale.
Elsewhere in League Two, Bristol Rovers ended their season with a 3-3 draw at Torquay United. The Pirates led twice through Tom Hitchcock and a Ryan Jarvis own goal.
Jarvis scored at the right end to put the Gulls 3-2 up, but sub Matt Harrold - making his first appearance since a cruciate ligament injury last September - rescued a point with a 90th minute header. Rovers finish 14th in the table.
Aldershot and Barnet are the two teams relegated to the Conference.
- LEAGUE ONE
Yeovil and Swindon already knew they'll be in the play-offs. The Glovers lost 3-2 at Bury. Gary Johnson's men were 3-0 down at half-time, before James Hayter and Kevin Dawson pulled two goals back after the break.
Swindon were beaten 3-1 at Scunthorpe. James Collins gave Town an 83rd minute lead, but the hosts scored three very late goals.
Despite their win, Scunthorpe are relegated along with Bury, Hartlepool and Portsmouth.
Bristol City's penultimate game in the Championship before their relegation to League One ended with a disappointing 3-1 defeat to Huddersfield at Ashton Gate.
James Vaughan scored a hat-trick for the visitors. Lewin Nyatanga pulled a goal back for City in the 90th minute.
Exeter Chiefs beat West Country rivals Gloucester with the last kick of the match at Sandy Park. Bath lost 23-14 at Saracens.
Cheltenham Town move up to fourth in League Two after a 1-0 win at Exeter. There were also wins for Yeovil and Swindon in League One.
Yeovil Town and Cheltenham Town have both secured play-off places in their respective divisions after wins today.
