Doomed loos to be debated by Councillors

Public toilets earmarked for closure in Bath could get a reprieve.

Bath and North East Somerset Council said it would hold a public debate if a petition gained 1,000 signatures.

Lin Patterson spent three days living and sleeping in the toilets at Twerton and asked people to sign a petition organised by online campaign group 38 degrees. It attracted nearly 2,500 signatures.
