A 27 year old man has been arrested after hundreds of people had to evacuate their homes in Wiltshire last night.
Police were called to Trowbridge after reports of a fire in a flat on the corner of Bond Street and Wesley Road. A hundred meter cordon was set up after concerns were raised about materials found in the flat. Residents were allowed to return to their homes around eleven o'clock last night.
