New figures reveal a dramatic rise in the number of tutors providing one-to-one teaching for children. It's claimed there are now more than double the number of private providers than there are full-time teachers in schools.

One Bristol agency claims instability in the Government's education policies has helped its business grow by a third in the last year.

And as our Education Correspondent Richard Payne reports it's no longer the preserve of private schools and wealthy parents.
