The royal baby hoax call by two Australian DJs, which led to the death of Bristol nurse Jacintha Saldanha, has been dismissed has "s*** happens" by the station's boss, the Australian reports.
According to the newspaper, the remarks were made by Max Moore-Wilton at the Southern Cross Media annual meeting.
