A riverside pub which has been closed for three months after the River Avon burst its banks reopens today.

The popular Bathampton Mill near Bath has undergone a £600,000 refurbishment.

The pub was forced to close on Christmas Eve after flooding caused extensive damage to the ground floor.

Staff had to be rescued by firefighters using an inflatable raft, and Christmas Day dinners had to be cancelled.
