Bristol City have completed the signings of midfielder Wade Elliott and defender Mark Little.

35-year-old Elliott has signed a one year contract, after impressing during a loan spell at Ashton Gate last season.

He made 19 appearances for the Robins last term and bagged three goals.

He's played for Birmingham City, Burnley and Bournemouth.

25-year-old Little has agreed a three-year contract. The right-back will join on a free transfer following the conclusion of his Peterborough contract.

Manager Steve Cotterill told the club's official website:

"I’ve known Wade a long time. He’s got so much experience and was invaluable to us last season. We looked a far better unit when he came into the midfield.

"Mark has so much energy, pace and power to bring to the squad. He doesn’t stop running down that right-hand side."
