And Yeovil Town lost 2-1 at home to League One rivals Gillingham.
In the Conference, Forest Green Rovers made it two wins out of two after beating Chester. Clovis Kamdjo and Jon Parkin on-target at the New Lawn.
But Bristol Rovers are still looking for their first win after going down 2-0 at Barnet.
Reigning champions Northampton ended Bath's 100% league record at Franklin's Gardens.
League One leaders Bristol City have beaten second-placed MK Dons. Swindon Town and Bristol Rovers also won.
Gloucester picked up their first away win in the Aviva Premiership this season with a resounding 46-10 success at the Kassam Stadium.
