Police are investigating after reports the Banksy artwork in Cheltenham has been damaged. Police have told us they were contacted around 8am and are still at the scene carrying out enquiries.

Cheltenham's "Spy Booth" Banksy which has been attacked several times by vandals will be restored at a cost of £26,000.

It is estimated that the work will take six weeks and the freeholder of the building, Roger Wilson has agreed to cover the costs of the restoration in full.
