Luke faces the music again on X-Factor finals

Once again, the Teignmouth singing sensation will face a live audience and millions of viewers, as he sings for survival on the talent show. In a tweet last night, Luke revealed that he'd gained support from the highest authority in the land - the Prime Minister David Cameron;

Luke Friend @LukeFriendMusic "@tqheraldexpress: spoke to the PM and asked the BIG questions. Yes he watches @thexfactor !! " wow he supports me!"

Luke took time out to visit Exeter this week to a rapturous reception. He continues to be mentored by Louis Walsh, whose decision it was to put Luke through to the live finals. At the time Louis said;

“I chose Luke because he is different - he’s original, he spends all his time listening to music and he’s in it for the music.

Now Luke faces competition from Sam Callahan and Nicholas McDonald in 'Team Louis', not to mention the girls and groups who are all vying for the coveted prize and potential Christmas number one spot.

Find out how Luke gets on tonight on ITV1 at 8pm.
