Network Rail announces options for Dawlish

Network Rail has today outlined its options for improving train lines in the west country, but warned that long-term solutions may not happen for another 30 years. They say they'll continue to invest in the line around Dawlish - where part of the track was washed away in the winter storms - but creating alternative routes inland will be expensive, and poor value for money.

Options include reopening old lines via Okehampton or through the Teign Valley - and five possible sets of tunnels. Bob Constantine reports.
