Plymouth diver and Olympic bronze medallist Tom Daley says he has "mixed emotions" as he heads home from the games in Rio.
The 22 year old had success early in the competition winning bronze with fellow Team GB member Daniel Goodfellow in the men's 10m platform synchro event.
But there was disappointment when he was unable to make the final of the men's individual 10m platform.
In video posted to youtube, he summed up his final thoughts about his 2016 Olympic experience and said missing out on a medal in the individual event was a "tough pill to swallow" but lessons had been learnt.
