Thousands of Plymouth Argyle fans are hoping their team can create some FA Cup history this weekend against one of the biggest football clubs in the world.

More than 8,000 fans will travel from Devon to Merseyside on Sunday for the third round tie against Liverpool.

Plympton based Target Travel will take thirty five coaches to Liverpool this weekend and when you're transporting more than one and a half thousand fans nothing is left to chance.

Today a replica of the FA Cup was on show as the national and local media descended on Home Park.

Argyle's Boss Derek Adams hoping the cup upsets he pulled off during his managerial spell at Ross County in Scotland can be repeated now he's South of the border.

Argyle's players will have eight thousand six hundred fans cheering them on at Anfield but some will have divided loyalties.

History would suggest Plymouth are more than capable of causing an upset. Argyle's greatest cup run was in 1984 when they reached the seem final before losing to Watford.

If you're an Argyle fan there's no doubt all roads lead north this weekend. And they'll be hoping the trip back will be just as enjoyable
