The RSPCA say they're finding it difficult to know where they've come from since they're not microchipped.

Thankfully the cats were found by a member of the public, who informed us straightaway. They were deliberately abandoned on a freezing cold morning without any consideration for their welfare.

Unfortunately they are not microchipped, so it is very difficult to know where they have come from. We are desperately hoping someone from the local community will be able to help us identify these lovely cats and the person who heartlessly discarded them. We urge anyone with any information as to where he came from to contact us on 0300 123 8018.
