A man has been found guilty of dangerous driving which caused the death of a mother during a trip to a post-Christmas pantomime.
Daniel Smith, from Cornwall, was accused of causing the death of young mother Sabrina Bellman on Boxing Day 2015.
He was sentenced to four years in prison for death by dangerous driving and two concurrent 18 month sentences for serious injury by dangerous driving.
Sabrina Bellman, from Gosport, was in the car with her husband Dominic and three year-old daughter Elsie.
They had been travelling on the B3266 near Washaway in Cornwall when the collision happened.
Dominic and Elsie were injured when the car was hit on the wrong side of the road and Sabrina died before reaching hospital.
The couple had travelled to Cornwall to spend Christmas with family and were on a surprise trip to see the pantomime Sleeping Beauty in Exeter.
Dominic Bellman described Sabrina as the 'most loving, forgiving person you could ever meet'.
Daniel Smith was also found guilty on two counts of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
