  • Watch the CCTV clip - try not to wince!

While this clip may come across as classic slapstick, it shows a crime being committed. Wiltshire Police want to find the two suspects.

The footage shows two men crashing a stolen motorbike into a lamp post - before returning an hour later to collect the machine.

Surveillance video shows the pair losing control of the bike in the Park South area of Swindon earlier this month.

The driver collapses on the grass verge clutching his stomach while the shocked passenger stumbles away.

Just an hour later the passenger returned to the scene, picked up the bike and wheeled it away.

It was taken from an address in Tunnicliffe Close overnight between September 5 and 6 and was later found in a garaged area of Netherton Close.

The motorbike rider is described as:

  • white male
  • between 5ft 7ins and 5ft 9ins tall
  • wearing a grey padded vest with a black top underneath, navy tracksuit bottoms with stripes down the sides, white trainers
  • wearing a white and orange helmet

The pillion passenger is described as

  • white
  • between 5ft 7ins and 5ft 9ins tall
  • wearing a black hooded top with white stripes on the sleeves, navy blue jeans and black trainers.
