Gloucestershire Police have performed a series of drugs raids to tackle suspected 'cannabis farms'.
The raids were part of ‘Operation Cleveland’ – a wider police operation to tackle organised crime gangs in the region.
Three cannabis farms were raided in Gloucester, one of them within 100 metres of a primary school.
In one of the houses raided police found thousands of pounds worth of cannabis being grown.
Several people were arrested.
Officers used a number of search warrants to target cannabis factories.
They say they are securing all evidence to be used in prosecution.
Gloucestershire Police say Operation Cleveland is being carried out to gather information and evidence about organised crime in the area.
