Residents of a Plymouth council estate say they will "fight tooth and nail" to stay in their homes as the local housing association continues its regeneration of the area.
Some people in North Prospect say they have lived in their homes for decades and do not want to leave.
Plymouth Community Homes has applied to make a Compulsory Purchase Order for phase four of the project which has already moved more than 600 families since 2010.
PCH already own 81 houses included in the phase four plan and 49 are privately occupied.
It says it is "dedicated" to helping residents.
