Your pictures: Snowbound in and around Exmoor

Residents in Lynton and Lynmouth and say the snow was the worst they've seen in 40 years.

Up on the moor drifts reached several feet deep, cutting off isolated communities for several days, Some people have only just managed to get home today.

The weather presented a particular challenge for farmers but there was humour too.
